Ocean is a beautiful mixed-media painting on canvas (chalk and tempera) realized by the Italian artist Anna Maria Caboni in 2019.
The artwork is hand-signed and hand-dated "AMC 19" by the artist in black marker pen on the lower right corner. In excellent conditions.
This original painting was realized with an interesting technique : a layer of tempera paint was applied on dried chalk, which was then scraped off with sandpaper. The final result is an outstanding materic artwork representing a blue ocean underseas with marine creatures that imply our provenance from the water.
